With our proprietary national database, we immediately identified that the client was paying almost 10% more than their counterparts.

TCVG began its analysis by checking the university's rates against similar organizations nation-wide. We discovered serious discrepancies between what the vendor was charging the university versus similarly-sized colleges in other parts of the country.

By negotiating with the vendor, we secured $28,359 annual savings.

We went on-site to check the lines and circuits that were actually in use against what the client was paying for.

With thirteen buildings on campus, it was no surprise that there was a large number of lines and circuits that weren't in use. With the client's approval, we disconnected the unused lines and circuits and communicated the changes with the vendor – securing $120,901 in annual savings.
